A house is more than four walls. We design residences that mirror your identity, using honest materials like raw concrete, bamboo, and lime plaster to create sanctuaries that breathe.

The informal living area in the Terravana Villa is a curated space that blends artisan furniture with traditional materials. I used lime plaster on the walls and Kota stone for the flooring to create an earthy, tactile environment that promotes a sense of well-being and connection to nature.

In the dining area of the Terravana Villa, I blurred the line between indoors and outdoors. The space opens to a landscaped niche, and the green Kota stone floor extends the feeling of the garden inside. The exposed concrete light fixture emphasizes the raw, honest materiality that defines this home.

The central staircase in the Terravana Villa is more than a functional element; it's a vertical garden and a visual anchor. The design uses a simple steel grid for planters, turning the transition between floors into a living, breathing feature that infuses the home with nature.

This double-height atrium in the Terravana Villa is designed to feel expansive and elegant. The custom light fixture, crafted from banana leaves, cascades down, drawing the eye upward and highlighting the vertical space. The entire composition is a carefully articulated play of volume, light, and natural texture.

This is my design for the Anurag Residence, a home designed for an angular plot. The facade is a composition of interlocking volumes, with stepped terraces and vertical slits that create visual interest and allow ample sunlight into the common areas. The design balances privacy with a sense of openness.

Another view of the Anurag Residence, this render highlights the triple-height stepped terraces and the inclined roof. These elements are not just aesthetic; they provide sheltered semi-open spaces and respond to the unique geometry of the site, creating a dynamic and functional architectural form.

The massing of the Anurag Residence is a study in balance. I used a simple palette of texture paint and clean lines to create a composed structure. The design maintains visual connectivity through vertical railings while ensuring privacy, resulting in a home that is both modern and livable.

For the Sandeep Mukim Residence, I designed a minimal and modern home with a focus on clean lines and a play of materials. The projections and linear grid of the facade create a sense of rhythm and order, resulting in a sophisticated and understated architectural statement.

This view of the Sandeep Mukim Residence showcases the integration of the home with its landscape. I used hedges and a thoughtfully designed gate to create a soft boundary between the private and public realms, while the terrace garden adds a layer of green to the minimal massing.

The facade of the Sandeep Mukim Residence is characterized by its simple geometry and refined detailing. The recessed balcony and contrasting material finishes add depth and interest to the elevation, creating a home that feels both contemporary and timeless.

About Homes as Personal Reflections

Before we draw a single line, we conduct a deep-dive lifestyle workshop to understand your daily rhythm. We don't just plan rooms; we map how light travels through your living space and how materials like raw concrete or lime plaster will age in your specific climate. This ensures your home isn't just a static structure, but an environment that adapts to your life, not the other way around.

Architecture as a Dialogue

Design is not our first step, it is our second. We believe that true architecture emerges only after we have listened, questioned, and understood the intent behind your space. Whether you are building on a challenging angular plot or seeking to maximize volume in a compact urban setting, our process focuses on the 'why' before the 'how.'

Materiality and Craft

We advocate for tactile, honest materials. In our work on the Terravana Villa, we utilized lime plaster walls and Kota stone flooring to ground the interiors in an earthy, serene palette. By avoiding synthetic finishes, we create spaces that develop character over time. We focus on details like facade slits for natural light, stepped terraces for semi-open ventilation, and custom joinery that serves a functional purpose while enhancing the aesthetic grid of the home.

Solving for Site Constraints

Every site has a story. For projects like the Anurag Residence, we treated the site's angular geometry not as a hurdle, but as a design driver. By implementing a quadruple-layered structure with inclined roofs and vertical light slits, we balanced the need for expansive sunlight with the necessity of privacy. We approach every residence—from minimal grid-based structures to lush indoor-outdoor sanctuaries—as a unique response to its environment. We invite you to share your vision with us, so we can translate your requirements into a space that truly belongs to you.
