The apartment is designed with clean lines and modern track lighting, but the use of color and texture keeps it from feeling cold or sterile.

The kitchen is the heart of this home, featuring bold teal cabinetry, natural rubberwood accents, and a spacious breakfast counter for casual meals.

The design of the kitchen focused on maximizing storage and counter space, with a large granite-topped island that is perfect for food prep and socializing.

About T7 & T8: Vibrant Living in the City

Merging two apartments is more than just knocking down a wall. For T7 and T8, we had to carefully plan how the kitchen and living spaces would flow together without feeling cluttered. We used a pass-through window to link the kitchen to the living area, creating an open feel that keeps the conversation going while you cook. It is all about making the most of every square foot, ensuring the layout works for your daily routine.

Why Merging Two Homes Works

Combining apartments offers a unique opportunity to create a floor plan that standard layouts simply do not provide. By removing unnecessary partitions, we opened up the visual space, allowing natural light to travel across the floor. This layout change was crucial for the T7 and T8 project, where we prioritized creating a central hub for family interaction.

A Palette That Pops

People often think sustainable design has to be beige or neutral. We challenged that here. By pairing bold teal cabinetry with a blush-colored sofa and grey textured walls, we achieved a modern, energetic look that remains grounded. Using materials like polished IPS (Indian Patent Stone) flooring with brass inlays brings in that earthy, timeless quality that we love, while the rubberwood furniture keeps the space feeling warm and approachable.

Custom Craft for Small Spaces

When space is at a premium, off-the-shelf furniture rarely fits the vision. Every piece in this home was built to purpose—from the sleek entertainment unit with wave board detailing to the compact breakfast counter. We designed these elements to maximize storage, ensuring the home stays functional without feeling cramped. Whether you are looking for a complete home renovation or a strategic interior redesign, our focus remains on creating spaces that are as practical as they are beautiful.
