Seedhi baat hai - your sehat (health) comes first. I don't believe in shortcuts. If you want real change, you need to be ready for kasht (hardship). Gym isn’t just about lifting weights, it's about having that fighting attitude before you even step inside.
Original Trinity Style
Nothing fancy. The 'original Trinity style' is all about hardcore, high-energy sessions. I train both men and women who are serious about getting results. No-nonsense, just the real grind.
Your Goal, My Method
Training is built around your goal. I guide you personally, making sure your form is solid and safety is on point.
- For true power: Powerlifting coaching with heavy squats, deadlifts, and bench press. I keep a close eye on you, especially on those “hell days”. Advanced stuff like drop sets – we do it all.
- For muscle: Hustle for that muscle. Targeted muscle building workouts with strict leg, chest, and arm days. The aim is a strong, aesthetic look, not just size.
- For fat loss: HIIT fat loss training plus unique cardio routines. Nutrition is part of the journey. Seen clients drop 15kg, but you have to put in the effort.
Trinitian Attitude
This isn’t for everyone. I train those who come ready to work, sweat, and get unstoppable. We call ourselves Trinitians – not 'gym rats', but 'gym elephants'.
