We do not do fancy machines or quick fixes here. Powerlifting at Trinity is about building raw strength through heavy compound lifts. You want results? You have to be ready to put in the work.

You should never stay at the same level. We pushed past 165kg and then hit 170kg on the bench press. Continuous progressive overload is the key to building real power.
