There is no magic pill. Just hard work with your brain. A 55kg goblet squat is a great exercise for building quad strength and perfecting squat form.

We do not do 'easy' here. On leg day, you will be performing high-volume goblet squats and controlled hack squats until failure. If you think you are strong, come and attempt a 225kg deadlift under my supervision. This is where you test your resolve, not just your muscles.
