Sherni Squad: Hardcore Women's Strength Training
Don't come looking for comfort here. Whether it is calisthenics or heavy lifting, I train women to be strong, capable, and absolutely fierce.
Special training for those with a special drive. This member is mastering calisthenics, building incredible upper body strength with exercises like pull-ups. This is true functional power.
Cardio can be a game. This time-challenge with kettlebell swings is a great way to burn fat, build explosive power, and improve conditioning.
This is one of the best exercises for targeting the inner and outer thighs. I make sure my female clients have a well-rounded program that includes machine work for targeted muscle groups.
About Sherni Squad: Women's Strength Training
I don't separate training into 'men's' or 'women's' workouts. If you are training here, you are doing the same real-world movements like pull-ups, kettlebell flows, and machine-isolated strength work. My focus is on teaching you to own your body, building the kind of muscle that actually serves you, not just looks good on a screen.
If you think strength training means just picking up light dumbbells and avoiding the heavy stuff, we need to change your mindset. At my gym in Sector 22, Noida, the women I train—my 'Shernis'—do not shy away from heavy bars, functional movements, or intense circuits. We focus on real power, whether that means mastering pull-ups, building explosive stamina with kettlebells, or grinding out heavy leg sets.
You get actual coaching, not just a trainer standing around on their phone. I personally ensure your form is tight on every rep, whether you are doing isolation machine work for your legs or high-intensity training. It is not always pretty, and it is definitely not easy, but that is the cost of building a body that is actually capable. My goal is for you to stop relying on 'easy' fitness trends and start building the kind of strength that shows up in your real life, not just on a scale.
