I will keep pushing forward. This physique was built with relentless effort, using exercises like dumbbell rows to carve out a strong back and defined muscles.

Try this for 3D shoulders. This is one of my unique routines using lateral raises with a specific tempo to give you an insane pump and build rounded, powerful shoulders.

Change does not happen without hardship. That is the law. An inclined dumbbell curl done with perfect form to isolate the bicep and build that peak.

Train hard, stay humble. A preacher curl session focused on getting that deep muscle contraction for bigger, more vascular arms.

Don't be afraid of the challenges. A Saturday night session moving from 25kg to 57.5kg dumbbells on the shoulder press. This is how we build boulder shoulders.

Your only limit is you. Pushing heavy dumbbells on an incline press to target the upper chest and build a fuller, more powerful look.

Push through the pain, it's worth it. This dumbbell lateral raise session is about building confidence and shoulder width, one painful rep at a time.
