- Aerobics: Rhythmic cardio training using step-aerobics equipment.
Schedule & Facility
- Frequency: Access to classes 5-6 days a week (Morning and Evening slots).
- Duration: 55-60 minutes per session.
- Studio Environment: Fully air-conditioned space with professional wooden laminate flooring for shock absorption.
Amenities & Equipment
- Gear Provided: Shared foam yoga mats, hand dumbbells, and plastic aerobic steppers.
- Facilities: RO drinking water station, open cubby storage for bags, and changing area.

What We Do
- Zumba & Bollyfit: Think party vibes, loud tracks, and non-stop movement. Love Bollywood? Toh yahan aake dekh (come and see for yourself).
- Yoga: Calm down, breathe, but koi pressure nahi (no pressure). You don’t need to be flexible already. We’re about the journey, not perfection.
- Dance Cardio & Aerobics: Music loud, moves simple, everyone sweating together - that’s what our group dance-based fitness is about.
- Strength Training: Light dumbbells, major fun. Get stronger while you laugh and groove.
Class Experience
- Instructors are super friendly - guide karenge har step pe (they'll guide you at every step).
- Whether you’re new or pro, you fit in. Bas ek rule hai - jitna enjoy karoge, utna fayda milega (the more you enjoy, the better it gets).
- Classes are a mix of high-energy Zumba sessions, yoga, and fun group exercise classes.
The Studio
We’re in Sector 75, Noida. Air conditioning on, music blasting, mirrors everywhere. Come anytime - mornings, evenings, weekends. We’re flexible, just like our workouts.

My Story
Hey! We’re Team Tap. Studio for us is like our adda (hangout), not just a dance floor. Everyone here is Tap Family—celebrating, dancing, doing pooja, or just chilling after class. Motivation toh zaroori hai (motivation is a must), and dance makes it easy. We’re all about good vibes, music, and going home with a big grin. That’s what keeps us going—happy faces all around.
My Work
All-in-One Dance & Fitness - We run dance classes, Zumba, Yoga, Garba, Hip-Hop, Bollywood, Contemporary, and fun fitness workouts—total masti (fun) package.
For Kids & Adults - Separate batches for kids and adults. Kids Garba classes are a riot—adorable and full of energy!
Wedding Sangeet Choreography - We design wedding sangeet choreography for couples, families, and groups—either at our studio or your place.
Corporate Zumba Sessions - We bring energy to offices with corporate Zumba sessions—team bonding with a twist.
Workshops & Masterclasses - Special workshops like Bollywood dance masterclass and Dandiya—always a blast, always memorable.
