My functional training sessions are designed for one thing, making you capable, not just for the gym floor, but for life.
I built MJ Fitness Club, tinka tinka, from the ground up over 15 years. My approach to functional fitness in Sector 9, Gurugram, is simple: no excuses, just hard work. While other places focus on aesthetics, we focus on mechanics.
