7-Day Mountain Boxing & Adventure Retreat
Accommodation & Hospitality
- Stay (6 Nights): Wooden-interior rooms (Twin or Triple sharing) with attached washrooms.
- Meals: Full board included (Breakfast, Lunch, High-Tea, Dinner). High protein/North Indian style.
- Hydration: Water provided during active sessions.
Boxing & Fitness Training
- Morning Drill: 6:00 AM high-altitude road runs (5km to 10km) on trails.
- Boxing Clinics: Technique, stance correction, shadow boxing, and pad work led by CWG Medalist Rohit Tokas or senior coaches.
- Outdoor HIIT: Functional strength sessions using natural elements (river rocks) and bodyweight conditioning.
- Recovery: Yoga sessions in forest clearings.
Adventure Activities
- Guided Treks: Includes Jogini Waterfall Trek and similar day-hikes.
- River Crossing: Rope and harness activity across Beas river currents.
- Sightseeing: Group visits to Hadimba Temple and Vashisht Hot Water Springs.

- Excludes: Travel to/from Manali bus stand.

- Cross-Training: Daily circuits using outdoor apparatus like tires and heavy object carries.
Adventure & Recovery
- Snow Trekking: Extended treks to higher altitude points (seasonal) and endurance hikes (10km+).
- Deep Recovery: Dedicated flexibility training and yoga nidra sessions.

- HIIT & CrossFit for stamina that lasts on the trails.
- Yoga & Meditation in the jungle, to quiet your mind after the grind.
- Dance Fitness like Bhangra or Zumba, because fitness isn’t always serious.
Manali Adventure Vibes
- Guided treks to waterfalls and famous trails like Rani Sui.
- River crossing, camping under the stars, and a bit of exploring - Hadimba Temple, Vashisht hot springs, and Mall Road.

My Story
Ram Ram bhaiyo! Hum Tokas Boxing Academy wale. Munirka gaon ke chore, Delhi se. Bachpan se mehnat hi seekhi, log bolte the kuch nahi hoga - humne sabki suni nahi, bas karte gaye. Boxing humare liye game nahi, zindagi hai. Jo lagta hai, uth ke fir se ladte hain. Sheher ki bhaag-daud se thak jaata hoon toh Manali chale jaate hain boys ke saath. Wahan sukoon, yahan grind. Roz better banna hai.

Boxing & Fitness Training - Munirka Delhi mein academy hai, personal training aur regular classes. Full body boxing training, sabko welcome hai.
Fitness Vacation Camps in Manali - Sheher ki life se door, ek hafte ka fitness vacation, Manali mein. Boxing, yoga, trekking, home-cooked camp meals - sab milega.
