This isn't a leisure holiday. It is a high-altitude boxing and conditioning camp designed to help you break through your limits.

This is what I mean when I say the mountains are our gym. We use whatever is available, from gas cylinders for strength training to the open trails for conditioning. This is about building raw, functional power with the Beas river rushing beside you.

I teach real boxing. Here, I am working on pad drills with one of our young athletes right by the river. We focus on proper technique, footwork, and power, whether you are a beginner or have been training for years.

A day at the camp is a mix of hard training and incredible adventure. This shows our morning run through Manali, followed by a group trek up to the stunning Jogini waterfall. You earn your views here.

After the grind, we find our peace. Here I am leading a meditation session in the quiet of the Manali forest, with one of our local four-legged friends joining in. Training the mind is just as important as training the body.
