This isn't a relaxed getaway. We take our training to the mountains to find grit, improve stamina, and clear the mind.

The team at Hampta Pass. We mix our fitness training with serious adventure, taking the group on challenging snow treks to experience the best of the Himalayas.

Adventure at the camp comes in many forms. This shows the group on a morning run, enjoying a zipline activity in the snow, and meditating on a mountain top.

About Adventure & Exploration

You won't find a treadmill here. We replace gym floors with the Hampta Pass trails and river banks for our morning runs. When you train at high altitude, you learn exactly what your lungs are made of, and that is the real work we do before the sun even hits the valley.

The Mountain Grind

Forget hotel gyms. We utilize the Himalayan terrain for real, functional strength. Your days start at 6:00 AM with high-altitude runs, followed by boxing clinics where we work on stance and technique against the sound of the Beas river. This isn't just cardio; it's about conditioning your body for endurance.

Why the Mountains?

Changing your environment changes your output. We combine intensive HIIT and CrossFit circuits using natural elements like river rocks and uneven terrain, which forces your stabilizer muscles to work harder than they ever would in a studio. After the push, we focus on recovery. We use the freezing river for natural ice baths and visit the Vashisht hot springs to heal sore muscles.

The Camp Reality

  • Boxing & Technique: Daily sessions led by me. We focus on real skills, not just sweaty boxercise.
  • Adventure: We aren't just training. We trek to Jogini waterfall, cross rivers, and camp under the stars. This is how you build mental toughness.
  • The Brotherhood: Whether you are a beginner or a pro, everyone here is a teammate. We share high-protein, North Indian home-cooked meals and push each other through every hill sprint.

Everything is sorted—from clean, wooden-interior rooms to your daily meal plan. You just bring the discipline.
