Forget cardio boxercise. Whether at our Munirka academy or our high-altitude Manali camps, we teach you real boxing technique, footwork, and discipline.

Here, I am demonstrating proper form and stance to the group before we begin our drills. Strong fundamentals are the key to everything in boxing.

About Boxing: Learn from a Pro

When you train with us, we don't do 'cardio boxing' where you just punch the air to music. We start with the basics—your stance, your footwork, and your defensive guard—because those are the fundamentals that actually keep you safe and make you effective. Whether we are in our Delhi academy or up in the Manali mountains, my focus is on teaching you to fight with precision and proper form, not just to sweat it out.

Boxing is a discipline, not a trend. In both our Munirka, Delhi academy and our immersive Manali high-altitude camps, we treat it as such.

The Delhi Academy Approach

At our home base in Munirka, we train everyone from absolute beginners to competitive fighters. The focus here is on technical development. You get individual attention on your punch combinations, your defensive maneuvers, and your ring movement. It is about building a fighter’s mindset—focus, grit, and the ability to keep moving when things get tough. We maintain a facility where technique is never compromised for volume.

High-Altitude Training in Manali

When we take the training to the mountains, the environment becomes the primary teacher. This is where we focus on functional conditioning. We utilize the terrain for everything: road runs on mountain trails, shadow boxing by the river, and pad work in thin air. This builds a deep, long-lasting stamina that you simply cannot replicate in a standard gym.

We train in the mud, we train in the cold, and we train with whatever we have.
