About Outdoor Training: The Mountain is Our Gym
Don't expect a hotel gym or treadmills here. You’ll be doing hill sprints, river-bank push-ups, and shadow boxing in cold, high-altitude conditions. It’s not just about burning calories; it’s about breaking your mental barriers using the natural elements—snow, rock, and river terrain—as your daily equipment.
Training in the Wild
This isn't a relaxed getaway. We treat the Manali wilderness as an extension of our training facility. By removing machines, we force your body to adapt. You will work on:
- Natural Conditioning: Using stones, tires, and the uneven riverbed to improve functional strength and stability.
- High-Altitude Stamina: Running trails at altitude forces your lungs to work harder, dramatically improving VO2 max.
- Real Boxing Technique: We don't do 'cardio-boxing.' You learn proper stance, footwork, and combinations outdoors, led by certified coaches who understand the fight game.

Hard work demands smart recovery. After the grind, we utilize the local environment—including treks to Vashisht hot springs for joint relief and guided yoga sessions in the forest—to help you reset.
