You are not just training with me. You are learning from a dedicated team of India's finest endurance specialists to master your swim, bike, and run.

Meet your swim coach, Nisha Millet. She's an Olympian, an Arjuna awardee, and has coached thousands. At our camp, she leads the swim leg, focusing on open water skills and building confidence in the sea.

This is Naveen Raj, your cycling coach. With over 18 years of national and international racing experience, he's a technical genius. He'll lead the bike leg, focusing on everything from bike fit to race strategy.

Ankush Sharma, or 'Baba', is our cycling and NLP coach. He combines deep cycling knowledge with an understanding of human psychology to help you overcome mental blocks and improve your bike skills.

About this collection

The reality of endurance sports is that you cannot train for everything in a silo. That is why I brought in Nisha, Naveen, and Ankush. We do not just teach you the motions; we fix your stroke, optimize your bike fit, and reset your mindset so you stop guessing and start racing properly.

Triathlon is three distinct disciplines that rarely coexist well if you do not have the right eyes on you. Most triathletes fail because they treat swim, bike, and run as separate boxes to check rather than a single fluid movement. This is why our coaching team is built on specific, high-level expertise.

The Coaching Panel

  • Swim (Nisha Millet): As an Olympian and Arjuna awardee, Nisha handles the swim leg. Swimming is often where triathletes lose the most energy due to poor form. She focuses on open water mastery, sighting, and confidence in the sea—crucial for the Goa IRONMAN 70.3 conditions.
  • Bike (Naveen Raj): With 18 years of national and international racing experience, Naveen is our technical lead. He does not just teach you to pedal; he teaches you bike handling, positioning, and mechanical self-reliance. If you cannot fix a flat on the course, your race is over before it begins.
  • Mindset (Ankush Sharma): Ankush, or 'Baba', brings NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) into the training. Endurance sport is 80% mental. He helps you break through the blocks that make you want to quit when the legs burn or the humidity hits.
