Crossing the finish line is the final step of a long process. These moments are proof that consistent, smart training translates into performance. Here is what happens when you stop guessing and start executing.

Crossing the finish line at Ironman Bahrain 70.3 with my time on the board. This was my first international 70.3, and earning a podium spot in my age category was a huge boost.

Standing on the podium after the Malpe 113 triathlon. Even when a race is treated as a training event, the goal is always to execute well and give your best effort on the day.

On top of the podium at the Bangalore Bicycle Championships. This was the perfect final ride for my beloved bike, Shade. The plan was a solo breakaway, and the plan was executed.

Receiving the first-place prize at the Vrukshathon Heritage Run. It's always a great feeling when a casual, fun run turns into a personal best and a win.

That finish line feeling at the Ooty Ultra. After a tough race with major elevation, this moment of triumph makes all the suffering worth it. I was stoked to set a new women's course record.

Receiving the first-place trophy at the BMF 47.5 triathlon. Racing in harsh conditions on a tough course only makes the victory feel stronger and more deserved.

The official results from the TRORT half marathon. It's always fun when you have strong competition chasing you from the start. It brings out the best in you.

About this collection

Race day is never a surprise. When I compete, my splits, transitions, and nutrition are planned weeks in advance, and my gear is dialed in long before I hit the starting line. If you want to stop guessing your race performance and start controlling it, we need to focus on your race strategy and mental state, not just your fitness. Let's discuss what is actually holding you back from your next personal best.

Success on race day isn't magic; it is built on the daily grind. Whether you are aiming for an Ironman 70.3 or a local half-marathon, the difference between a DNF and a podium finish usually comes down to how you handle the details under pressure.

Mastering the Course

At my Goa camps, we train on the actual Ironman 70.3 race route. You need to know the heat, the humidity, and the elevation profiles before you race them. Acclimatization isn't just about being there; it is about learning how to manage your effort when the temperature spikes and your body wants to quit.

Technical Proficiency

It is easy to focus on just swimming, biking, or running. But a triathlon is a sequence of skills. We break down the transitions—the 'fourth discipline' of triathlon—and technical bike handling. If you cannot fix a flat or manage a technical descent without panic, you are wasting energy that you need for the run.

The Mental Edge

Endurance sports are mental. I use NLP techniques to help athletes navigate the 'dark patches'—those moments in the middle of a race when your brain tells you to slow down. We train you to reframe that signal so you can keep pushing.

Nutrition and Pacing

Stop relying on guesswork for your fueling. We build nutrition strategies based on your body data and the specific demands of the race. We test these protocols during training simulations so on race day, your only job is to execute the plan we created together.
