I’m Megha, and I help athletes build engines that don’t quit. Whether you are prepping for your first race or looking for the discipline to transform your lifestyle, I provide the structure and the straight talk to get you there.

As a hybrid athlete, running is the engine that powers everything. This is me in my element, focused and driving forward. We will build your running endurance with smart, targeted training so you can feel strong and confident, whether it's on the road or between HYROX stations.

Wall balls are one of the most dreaded stations in HYROX, but they don't have to be. In this video, I break down the technique for mastering this movement. My coaching focuses on mastering form to build efficiency and confidence, turning your weaknesses into strengths.

The clock doesn't lie. This was my finish time at HYROX Delhi, where I placed first in my age category. I don't just coach; I compete. I live this sport, and I bring that same drive and experience to help you crush your own goals.

This hug after the race means more than any medal. This is my 'why'. It's about showing my family, and myself, what passion and dedication look like. I coach with the understanding that your fitness journey is deeply personal and connected to the people you love.

This is my five year transformation. On the left is 2019, and on the right is 2024. It’s proof that you are never too late to become the strongest version of yourself. I didn't get here overnight; I got here with consistency, and I can guide you on the same path.

Strong legs are the foundation of a powerful hybrid athlete. Here, I'm performing barbell squats, a core exercise in our strength program. We focus on building functional strength with proper form to prevent injury and improve performance in both running and lifting.

The data shows the work. A VO2 Max in the top 1% for my age and gender isn't a gift; it's earned through science backed training and recovery. As your coach, I use data to create a personalized plan that pushes you to your peak potential safely and effectively.

I don't believe in cookie-cutter fitness plans. If you are training for a HYROX race, we won’t just run; we will do "compromised running" blocks, where you hit the track immediately after heavy leg work to mimic race-day fatigue. It is not about how fast you run when you are fresh. It is about what your legs can do when they are already screaming.

How We Build Your Engine

My coaching is based on a simple reality: you cannot cheat the work. My approach combines endurance, functional strength, and, most importantly, data.

Remote Coaching & Programming Every four weeks, I build a digital plan tailored to your race dates or fitness goals. We focus on Run-Lift balance, combining "Engine Building" (Zone 2 training) with heavy functional strength sessions. I monitor your progress via Strava and Garmin data, so there is nowhere to hide if you are overtraining or slacking on your recovery.

In-Person Squad Sessions For those in Delhi, we meet at Tau Devi Lal Stadium or Calfunc Delhi. This is where we get technical. You will learn the difference between brute force and efficient movement during sled pushes, wall balls, and farmer’s carries. We work on race strategy—transitioning fast between stations and managing your pace so you don't burn out by the halfway mark.

The Reality of Recovery I am not just here to push you. I am here to make sure you stay in the game long-term. We track your sleep, your heart rate zones, and your fuel. Savdhani hati, durghatna ghati—carelessness leads to mishaps, and I take your safety as seriously as your personal bests.
