Training for a triathlon is about more than fitness. It is about knowing the terrain, mastering transitions, and having a race-day strategy. This is where you learn to race, not just endure.

This is what my immersive Tri Camp is all about. Five transformative days where you'll train with an Olympic swimmer, a national cyclist, a mind coach, and me. We focus on real skills and real results, so you don't just finish the race, you fall in love with the sport.

This is the moment it's all for. Crossing the finish line at the IRONMAN 70.3 in Tallinn, Estonia, with the Indian flag held high. This feeling of pure accomplishment is what I train you to achieve. It’s about pushing your limits and earning that finish.

Our training camps are about more than just drills. It's about building a tribe. Here we are on the beach in Goa, combining hard work with the energy of a supportive group. This is where you'll find your people.

Meet the A-Team. You're not just getting one coach, you're getting a team of specialists dedicated to your success. Learn swimming from an Olympian, cycling from a national champ, and mental toughness from an NLP expert. We cover all the bases.

This is the start of your race day journey. Emerging from the open water swim at IRONMAN Goa, focused and ready for the transition. My camps prepare you for every second of this, building your confidence in the water so you can attack the rest of the course.

You'll train on the actual IRONMAN 70.3 Goa route, like this stretch right here. Knowing every climb, turn, and the feel of the road gives you a massive home-ground advantage. We don't just prepare you for a race, we prepare you for *this* race.

The run leg is where mental fortitude truly shows. This is me during the IRONMAN Goa 70.3, pushing through on fatigued legs. My coaching focuses on building the endurance and pacing strategy you need to finish the final leg strong.

The fourth discipline of triathlon is transition. Feeling woozy moving from swim to bike is common, and here's the technical reason why. At my camp, we practice these small but crucial details to save you time and prevent rookie mistakes on race day.

We go far, together. This is what my coaching philosophy is all about. It’s about support, camaraderie, and pushing each other to be better. Here, my co-coach Ankush Sharma helps an athlete out of the water. We are a team.

Ready to commit? Our Goa Tri-Camp registration is open. We cover everything: swim, bike, run, transitions, route recon, nutrition, and recovery. It's a no-nonsense, hands-on camp for those ready to put in the work.
