Master the Ironman 70.3 Course in Goa
Training for a triathlon is about more than fitness. It is about knowing the terrain, mastering transitions, and having a race-day strategy. This is where you learn to race, not just endure.
This is what my immersive Tri Camp is all about. Five transformative days where you'll train with an Olympic swimmer, a national cyclist, a mind coach, and me. We focus on real skills and real results, so you don't just finish the race, you fall in love with the sport.
This is the moment it's all for. Crossing the finish line at the IRONMAN 70.3 in Tallinn, Estonia, with the Indian flag held high. This feeling of pure accomplishment is what I train you to achieve. It’s about pushing your limits and earning that finish.
Our training camps are about more than just drills. It's about building a tribe. Here we are on the beach in Goa, combining hard work with the energy of a supportive group. This is where you'll find your people.
Meet the A-Team. You're not just getting one coach, you're getting a team of specialists dedicated to your success. Learn swimming from an Olympian, cycling from a national champ, and mental toughness from an NLP expert. We cover all the bases.
This is the start of your race day journey. Emerging from the open water swim at IRONMAN Goa, focused and ready for the transition. My camps prepare you for every second of this, building your confidence in the water so you can attack the rest of the course.
You'll train on the actual IRONMAN 70.3 Goa route, like this stretch right here. Knowing every climb, turn, and the feel of the road gives you a massive home-ground advantage. We don't just prepare you for a race, we prepare you for *this* race.
The run leg is where mental fortitude truly shows. This is me during the IRONMAN Goa 70.3, pushing through on fatigued legs. My coaching focuses on building the endurance and pacing strategy you need to finish the final leg strong.
About this collection
My camp is not a retreat; it is a simulation. We train on the exact IRONMAN 70.3 route in Miramar, Goa, to get you acclimatized to the heat, humidity, and course quirks. I cap this batch at 15 athletes to ensure you get actual 1:1 correction and hands-on guidance instead of generic group advice. You get 30+ hours of focused time across swim, bike, and run, with a team of experts covering everything from race strategy to mechanical fixes.
Train Where You Race
Most people show up to the IRONMAN 70.3 in Goa completely blind to the course. They underestimate the heat, the humidity, and the technical demands of the bike leg. My camp fixes that by putting you on the actual route. We run sessions that mirror race day conditions so that when the gun goes off, you already know every bend and climb.
The A-Team Approach
You aren't learning from one person; you are learning from a specialist team.
- Swim: Guided by Olympian Nisha Millet. We focus on stroke correction, open water sighting, and managing sea currents.
- Bike: National cyclist Naveen Raj covers technical handling, power management, and pacing.
- Mental & Strategy: Ankush Sharma works on NLP techniques to manage race-day anxiety, while I focus on the 'fourth discipline' of triathlon: the transition.
What We Cover
We break down the triathlon into its component parts.
- Transition Mastery: Moving from horizontal (swim) to vertical (bike) without getting dizzy. We practice T1 and T2 until it becomes muscle memory.
- Mechanical Skills: You learn to fix a flat or chain issue under pressure. Relying on support vehicles on race day is a rookie mistake.
- Nutrition: We build fueling plans that work in Goa's humidity, not just in cooler climates.
This is a no-nonsense environment. If you are willing to put in the work and stop guessing, you will fit right in. We provide the structure and the expertise. You bring the commitment.
TimTim Sharma
I'm TimTim. I believe strength training is non-negotiable and endurance sport is about what happens in your head as much as your legs. My coaching team and I don't give generic plans; we dig into your quirks and build something that actually fits your life.
