Build a Fighter's Mindset with Combat Arts
Fitness is 20% mechanics and 80% what happens between your ears. Here, we use combat training to harden your resolve and teach you to fight back against your own limitations.
My journey as a para-athlete and coach, from representing India at the Cybathlon to inspiring the next generation. I believe disability is only a state of mind.
I know what it feels like to be held back. I made the choice to chase my goals instead of letting my limitations define me. I'll teach you to do the same.
Many people ask if boxing is safe. For general fitness, it is a controlled sport where drills are practiced on bags or free hand, not on people. We prioritize safety above all else.

What does boxing do for you? It increases bone and muscle strength, builds a tougher mind and body, and boosts your daily energy levels. This is just the start.

About this collection
The biggest difference between us and a standard gym is that we do not care about your aesthetics, we care about your utility. When you train here, you are not just hitting a bag, you are learning how to control your breath under pressure, manage your footwork, and keep your composure when things get tough. Most newcomers struggle with the mental fatigue of the first few weeks, but once you stop looking for the easy way out, that is when the real training begins.
We built Tiger Tongue on the reality that disability and limitations are often just states of mind. My own journey as a para-athlete, competing at the bionic Olympics, was not about wishing for an easier path, it was about finding a way to execute despite the hurdles. That is the philosophy we bring to every session at our RK Hegde Nagar facility.
Why Combat Arts?
Combat training is the perfect metaphor for life. You learn that pain is temporary, but the discipline you gain is permanent. Whether it is boxing, Muay Thai, or MMA, we focus on technical accuracy over brute force. You will sweat, you will get tired, and you will learn to push past that voice in your head that tells you to quit.
What to Expect
Do not walk in expecting a treadmill and air conditioning. We train in a warehouse-style setup with mats and heavy bags. You will learn the basics of stance, head movement, and defensive blocking. If you are training for health, we keep it safe and controlled. If you are here to fight, we prepare you for the ring.
Our Approach
The goal is simple: a stronger mind and a more capable body. When you know how to throw a proper punch or hold your ground, that confidence bleeds into your professional and personal life. We do not sugarcoat the process because results are not free. You have to earn them.
Tiger Tongue
I am a para-athlete who realized early on that waiting for life to get easier is a waste of time. I built this space because I wanted a place where people, no matter their background, could stop making excuses and start fighting for the life they want.
