The ring is where the work meets the test. We prepare you for competition with controlled sparring and professional bout preparation that demands total focus.

This is what it looks like under the lights. Two fighters exchanging blows in the ring during a competitive match. This is the ultimate test of skill and heart.

A fighter and his cornerman between rounds. This moment of focus is critical for listening to instruction, catching your breath, and preparing for the next round.

Two of our fighters at the official weigh in before their professional bouts. Making weight is the first battle, requiring discipline and dedication long before fight night.

Our fighters looking strong and ready after making weight. The physical condition you see here is the result of a grueling training camp and strict nutrition.

A clip from a live sparring session. Notice the footwork and head movement as the fighters look for openings. This is where we apply what we learn in drills.

From the walkout to the final bell, this video captures the intensity of a professional fight night. You can see the moment the winner is announced after a tough battle.

Our fighters with their coaches and supporters before a show. It takes a team to prepare for a fight, and our tribe is always there to back each other up.

About this collection

Sparring is a privilege we reserve for those who have mastered the basics. You will not jump into the ring on your first day, because we prioritize your technical foundation and safety above all else. I only approve you for live contact once your footwork, defense, and discipline meet the standard.

There is a massive difference between hitting a heavy bag and facing a live opponent. When you step into the ring at Tiger Tongue, you are stepping into a controlled environment where we simulate the pressure of a real fight.

My approach to competition starts long before the gloves go on. We begin with granular analysis of your punching mechanics, head movement, and ring IQ during private sessions or group pad work. Once you prove you can move without getting hit, we introduce technical sparring. This is not a street fight or a brawl. It is a slow, calculated process where you learn to manage distance, keep your composure, and execute your strategy while tired.

For those prepping for competitive bouts, the process becomes more intense. We treat training like a fight camp. This means strictly managed weight cuts, conditioning circuits that mimic the fatigue of a three-round fight, and corner work to ensure you are listening to instructions between rounds. You will face adversity. You will get tired. The goal is to build the mental toughness required to keep your hands up when every instinct tells you to quit. If you have the drive to step up, I have the tools to get you ready.

I have been in the ring, represented India at the bionic Olympics, and I know exactly what it takes to break through personal limits. I do not train people to look good in the gym, I train fighters. If you are here to test yourself, you are in the right place.
