- Safe Sparring: We introduce contact gradually. Our goal is to teach you control and technique, not to spar at full force from day one. You will wear full protective gear under our supervision.
- Functional Progression: We use a belt grading system, but it is not about being perfect. It is about showing up, stumbling, laughing, and getting better every single week.
- Practical Skills: Beyond the workout, you are learning defensive drills—slipping, ducking, and shin blocks—that provide tangible confidence outside the studio.
