Here I am teaching a young student a fundamental submission in a safe, controlled way. Our kids' classes focus on building confidence and learning practical self-defense skills.

You won't be thrown into live sparring until you are ready. We keep the environment safe and controlled, focusing on learning techniques rather than just testing your toughness.
