About Training for All: Kids, Adults & Beginners
Most people worry about getting hurt or feeling out of place on day one. At my academy, we start with the fundamentals—we drill, drill, and drill again. You won't be thrown into live sparring until you are ready. We keep the environment safe and controlled, focusing on learning techniques rather than just testing your toughness.
Martial arts is often seen as a brutal sport, but at my studios in HSR Layout and near Electronic City, we treat it like chess. It is about strategy, body mechanics, and consistency rather than ego. Whether you are looking for BJJ for beginners, kickboxing to burn stress, or MMA fundamentals, our classes are structured to help you grow at your own pace.
What You Can Expect
We run group classes that focus on building a solid foundation. In our Gi and No-Gi BJJ sessions, you will learn to use leverage and control to handle opponents of any size. For those interested in striking, our kickboxing drills are designed to build stamina and proper form without the 'fight club' pressure. We also run dedicated programs for kids starting from age 4, which focus on coordination, respect, and 'bully-proof' confidence building.
