About Personal Training at Home
I don't just show up to watch you exercise. For home training, we need a cleared 6x6 ft space. I bring the pads, the gloves, and the exact same 'tej maar' (hit harder) attitude I use at the dojo. Whether it's your terrace or living room, we don't slack off here. You get the same high-intensity, 1-on-1 focus that helps my academy students fast-track their progress.
Many people ask if home training is as effective as the academy. The answer is simple: if you have the discipline, yes. In 1-on-1 sessions, there is nowhere to hide. I correct your stance, your grip, and your strike power instantly.
We focus on karate fundamentals—kihon, kata, and self-defense—or high-intensity kickboxing, depending on your goal. I cover areas within a 5km radius of Tilak Nagar, bringing my equipment to your space. You handle the space, and I handle the rest. We do not do light workouts. Expect sweat, pad work for power, and repetition. My personal training program is designed for rapid skill correction, which is perfect for students aiming for quicker belt progression or adults needing a structured, no-nonsense path to weight loss and combat fitness. Whether you are a beginner learning how to punch or someone looking to sharpen your BJJ and grappling skills, the advantage is simple. You get my undivided attention without the distractions of a group class. We train hard, we stay disciplined, and we get results.
