About The Dojo: Training & Discipline
This isn't a gym where you come to chat. In my dojo, we focus on perfect form, repetition, and conditioning. Whether you are working on your stance or a high kick, I will be right there correcting your posture and pushing you to hit harder. If you are looking for a place that pushes you to work, you have come to the right academy.
Martial arts training at MMA Tigers is built on one simple rule: no shortcuts. I have seen students come in with zero confidence and leave with a black belt, but that shift doesn't happen because of luck. It happens because we drill the basics until they become muscle memory.
We start with the fundamentals of karate. We drill blocks, jabs, and kicks repeatedly until the form is precise. You will see students of all ages here, from 3-year-olds to adults, all training with the same intensity. We don't use AC in the dojo because the heat is part of the conditioning; it builds the toughness you need in a real fight.
Our training at the Tilak Nagar academy is designed to be practical. We use old-school equipment like tires for agility and floor ladders for footwork. This isn't just about looking good in a uniform; it's about being ready. We teach self-defence that works on the street, not just in a competition ring.
