Community Yoga Classes in East Delhi
Yoga feels better when you are surrounded by people who cheer for your progress. Join our local family in Yamuna Vihar and West Jyoti Nagar to practice, laugh, and grow together.
Celebrating International Yoga Day with my students in a beautiful park setting. We had a large group of all ages join for a morning of synchronized poses like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) and partner stretches, creating a wonderful collective energy.
It was a special day when a local news channel interviewed me and my students at the studio. They wanted to know about the real-world benefits of yoga, and it was great to see my students confidently share their stories on camera.
About Our Yoga Community in Action
When you walk into our studio, you are not just another student in a batch. You will find neighbors practicing alongside you, sharing stories after morning flows, and celebrating milestones like International Yoga Day together. It is that friendly environment that keeps everyone coming back, even on days when motivation is low.
Why Practice Together?
Yoga is often seen as a solitary discipline, but practicing in a group changes everything. At Yogratna, we believe in the power of collective energy. When you are in a room with others—whether it is a young kid or a senior citizen trying chair yoga—you feel a sense of accountability and shared joy that you just cannot get practicing alone at home.
What We Do in Our Community
We do not just hold poses; we celebrate living well. From our morning sessions in the park to studio-based flows in Yamuna Vihar and West Jyoti Nagar, our goal is to keep the energy high. We mix traditional asanas with laughter, breathing, and sometimes even games.

Is the group class suitable for beginners? Yes, absolutely. We have a mix of students, from absolute beginners to regular practitioners. I personally guide everyone to ensure you are moving safely, using props like bricks or belts if you need them.
Can I bring my kids or parents? Yes. We love that our studio is a family space. We run specific batches for kids and gentle sessions for elders, so there is something for every age group here.
Do you only do studio sessions? While the studio is our home base, we also organize outdoor events and community meets to keep the vibe fresh. Check with me about our upcoming weekend schedules.
