It is a privilege to guide my senior clients. In this at-home session, we are focusing on gentle, supported movements to enhance mobility, improve balance, and keep the joints healthy.

For children, Vrikshasana or Tree Pose is a fun way to build concentration and strengthen their hips, back, and shoulders. It helps them find their balance in a playful manner.

Kids today deal with a lot of stress. I teach them Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) or Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) in a way that feels like a game, not a chore.
