Our Urban Day Retreats at our Nargis Villa studio in Bandra are designed for when you need a deep reset but cannot get away for a full holiday. Unlike residential retreats, these are non-residential weekend programs. You get all the immersion of breathwork, sound baths, and guided journaling, but you still get to sleep in your own bed at night. It is the perfect way to clear the mind and lower stress without the travel logistics.
Think of this as a wholesome pause button in your busy week. We know city life in Mumbai gets loud, so we built this space to feel like summer holidays—full of shade, laughter, and calm.
What You Can Expect Each weekend retreat is a two-day non-residential journey. We start the mornings with mindful movement, such as Hatha or Vinyasa flow, to wake up the body. The core of the experience lies in deep healing modalities: 90-minute conscious breathwork sessions to release emotional blockages, and immersive sound baths using crystal bowls and gongs to help you reach a state of profound relaxation.
The Community Aspect We believe healing happens best when we aren't doing it alone. You will participate in sharing circles and inner-child healing workshops, giving you space to reflect and be heard in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Our in-house cafe provides fresh, satvik, vegetarian meals during these sessions, so you are nourished from the inside out.
Who Should Join? Whether you are a seasoned yogi or someone who has never touched a yoga mat, you fit in here. You do not need any special skills, just a willingness to look inward. If you are feeling burnt out, disconnected, or just curious about how breath and sound can reset your nervous system, this is for you. We provide all the props—Manduka mats, blocks, and journals—so you only need to bring yourself. Come as you are, leave with a calmer heart.
