About The Yoga House Vibe: Community & Daily Practice
Unlike typical fitness studios, we don't just clear the mats the moment a class finishes. Our in-house cafe is the heart of the shala, where you will find people lingering over tea after a session. Whether you are here for a 7 AM Hatha flow or a restorative evening stretch, the space is designed for the community conversations that naturally happen after the practice ends.
We built The Yoga House to feel like those long, lazy summer holidays where time slows down. In the middle of the city's rush, we offer a place to breathe.
Your Practice, Your Pace
Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, we have a mat for you. Our daily schedule includes a mix of Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and restorative flows. We provide all the necessary props—Manduka mats, bolsters, blocks, and straps—so you can focus entirely on your movement and breathwork.
Beyond the Mat
Yoga here is not just about flexibility; it is about samatvam (evenness of mind). After class, step into our cafe for fresh, satvik, vegetarian meals. It is a place to meet people who get you, join a library chat, or simply sit in silence with a warm cup of tea. We also host evening workshops, sound baths, and community events that celebrate everything from celestial cycles to local festivals.
