About Indian-Chinese Favourites
I do not use pre-cooked, mass-produced bases. When you order your Hakka noodles or fried rice, I toss them in the wok only then with fresh veggies and my own spice mix, ensuring that 650ml portion stays hot, crisp, and flavourful until it reaches your door.
Sometimes you just need that spicy, comforting plate of Indian-Chinese food. While I am known for my Northeast delicacies, I take my Chinese dishes just as seriously. Everything is made in-house, from the wok-tossed noodles to the deep-fried chicken winglets, ensuring you get that street-style flavour without any shortcuts.
