We don't serve pre-made Indo-Chinese trays that go soggy by the time dinner starts. We bring the wok station to your venue, stir-frying the Chicken 65 and fried rice right in front of your guests. It ensures that signature smoky char and crunch, which is exactly what makes this menu the most popular part of our wedding catering.
In the middle of all the heavy Mughlai and biryani, a little kick of spice goes a long way. Our Indo-Chinese spread is designed to be the palate cleanser your guests need. We specialise in keeping the textures right. The Chicken 65 stays crispy, and our fried rice is always fresh, not greasy.
Whether it's a small engagement or a big wedding in Mira Road, we manage the setup end-to-end. We don't believe in buffet-cold food for this section. We bring our own wok stations to ensure the food hits the plate hot.
