I use genuine bamboo shoot and Raja Mircha (king chilli) to get those specific, pungent flavours you miss back home. Whether it is a slow-cooked Naga stew or a dry fry, every portion is prepared fresh in my Andheri kitchen, so nothing sits on the shelf.
My kitchen is driven by the flavours of my motherland—Assam, Nagaland, and Manipur. I do not believe in mass-producing food. Every chicken and duck dish on my menu is cooked to order, ensuring the meat stays tender and the spices hit the right notes.
