While our smoked pork is a crowd favourite, our chicken and fish preparations are where we really showcase the versatility of Naga cooking. Using ingredients like bamboo shoot and fresh herbs, we keep things simple, light, and deeply satisfying.

A whole roasted fish, marinated in our house Naga spices and roasted until the skin is crisp. It's served on a beautiful blue plate with steamed vegetables, fresh lemon, and a dipping sauce.

Our traditional chicken and bamboo shoot curry. This dish is cooked without any oil, relying on the freshness of the chicken and the tangy flavor of the bamboo shoot, seasoned with local herbs and chillies.

A Naga-style Prawn and Mushroom dish. The prawns and mushrooms are cooked in a light, oil-free broth with bamboo shoot extract and herbs, creating a simple yet deeply flavorful curry.

A close-up of our spicy chicken, tossed in a rich sauce with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon. This dish is perfect for those who enjoy bold and fiery flavors.

My famous Axone chicken wings. They have a strong, pungent, and deeply savory umami flavor from the fermented soybeans that is uniquely Naga. It’s a bold taste that might surprise you at first, but it’s one our regulars come back for again and again.
