While our smoked pork is a crowd favourite, our chicken and fish preparations are where we really showcase the versatility of Naga cooking. Using ingredients like bamboo shoot and fresh herbs, we keep things simple, light, and deeply satisfying.
A whole roasted fish, marinated in our house Naga spices and roasted until the skin is crisp. It's served on a beautiful blue plate with steamed vegetables, fresh lemon, and a dipping sauce.
