The Sampler Kit
- 1 Private Pilates Session: 55 minutes. Includes postural assessment and foundational Reformer workout to gauge core strength.

- 1 Nutrition Consult: 30 minutes. Lifestyle assessment and basic dietary realignment suggestions.

- Validity: Strictly valid for 7 days from purchase.

Hybrid Monthly Plan (Group + EMS)
Training Schedule
- 12 Group Pilates Sessions: 3 sessions per week in small groups (4 to 6 people). Uses Reformers, Chairs, or Barrels.
- 4 Private EMS Sessions: 1 session per week (20 mins active). Wired German tech targeting 90% muscle activation.
- Staff: Pilates classes led by Senior Instructors (Stott Certified).
Nutrition & Facility
- Diet Chart: Monthly consultation with in-house nutritionist to align food intake with training.
