I brought EMS training to India because I wanted a smarter way to work out, not just a trendy shortcut. For me, it’s all about training with intention and getting real results, whether you’re a pro athlete or just trying to get back on your feet after an injury.

How EMS Training Works

You put on a special suit, and I guide you through simple moves. The suit sends gentle pulses to your muscles, making them contract way deeper than regular workouts. We hit up to 90% of your muscle fibers in just one session - that’s way more than you’d get from most gym routines. It’s intense, but you’re done in 20 minutes.

Hey, we’re Namrata and Samir. The Pilates Studio isn’t just a place for us - it’s our own grind, our passion. Some folks call me, Namrata, the ‘Original Pilates Girl’ (not bragging, just saying), and Samir’s all about EMS education. We started this studio to give real Pilates and EMS, not just hype. From Bollywood to beginners, we’ve seen it all. For us, it’s about honest fitness, balance, and keeping it real every single day.
