My Story

Hey, we’re Namrata and Samir. The Pilates Studio isn’t just a place for us - it’s our own grind, our passion. Some folks call me, Namrata, the ‘Original Pilates Girl’ (not bragging, just saying), and Samir’s all about EMS education. We started this studio to give real Pilates and EMS, not just hype. From Bollywood to beginners, we’ve seen it all. For us, it’s about honest fitness, balance, and keeping it real every single day.
