About Aerial Dance: Find Your Strength in the Air
You don't need a background in gymnastics to start aerial. My classes in Chhatarpur are designed for absolute beginners, focusing first on conditioning and grip strength so you feel secure before trying anything in the air. We keep groups small, use thick crash mats, and progress step by step, so you are always supported.

Many people think aerial arts are only for professional athletes, but that is simply not true. At Divine Movement, my goal is to help you build strength in places you forgot you had. Whether it is your first time grabbing an aerial hoop or stepping onto a pole, we focus on foundational conditioning and body awareness.
What to Expect in Class
- Safety First: We use high-density foam flooring and thick crash mats. My instruction focuses on safe grip mechanics, posture, and spotting techniques before we ever try complex poses.
- Beginner-Focused: You will learn basic spins, climbs, and inversion foundations at your own pace. I emphasize that aerial is about courage, not perfection.
- Small Groups: My classes are limited to 5-8 students. This ratio ensures that I can provide individual spotting and personalized feedback to keep everyone safe and encouraged.
