About Our Studio Family
Walking into our studio in Yelahanka, you won't find intimidating mirrors or judgment—just a warehouse space filled with loud laughs, pumping music, and people cheering each other on. Whether we’re celebrating a kid’s first cartwheel or cutting a cake for someone’s birthday, we make sure every win, no matter how small, gets its moment. Come hang with us, and you’ll see why our students call this place home.
We started The Movement Studio because we wanted to change the way people view fitness. In a world obsessed with abs and aesthetic perfection, we choose to focus on real strength and mental resilience. Our 'family' approach isn't a marketing line—it's how we run our classes. From birthday celebrations and Christmas parties to high-fiving after a tough calisthenics set, we keep the energy high and the ego low.
Our facility in Yelahanka New Town is a non-AC warehouse, which means we don't care about looking pretty; we care about doing the work. You’ll find high-density puzzle mats, climbing ropes, and gymnastics rings, but the real equipment is the support system we’ve built.
We train everyone, from 5-year-old gymnasts to adults mastering their first pull-up. If you're looking for a place where you can be yourself, mess up, try again, and feel supported by a crew that’s got your back, you're in the right place.
