About this collection
We don't just throw you on the rings and hope for the best. Every class starts with conditioning that protects your joints and builds the stabilizing muscles required for advanced holds like front levers or handstands. You will learn the proper progression—from static holds on the bars to dynamic rope climbs—because true strength comes from mastering the basics first.
Calisthenics is not about having an aesthetic gym body; it is about understanding what your machine is capable of. At our Yelahanka New Town studio, we move away from typical gym weights and focus on functional, bodyweight movements that translate to real-world power. Whether you are aiming for your first pull-up, mastering a handstand, or building the grip strength for rope climbs, our programming ensures you do it safely.
Our Training Approach
We blend calisthenics with gymnastics foundations. You will spend time on our high-density mats and air track, learning how to fall safely before you start attempting advanced moves. We use rings, parallel bars, and climbing ropes to challenge your core and upper body strength.
A Space for Everyone
Every person enters at a different level, and that is exactly where we meet you. We are not a fancy AC gym; we are a high-ceiling, warehouse-style space where we sweat, work hard, and hype each other up. Enga area ulla varadha—that is the vibe we protect. You are joining a family that celebrates every milestone, whether it is holding a tuck hold for five seconds or finally nailing that aerial flip. We keep our groups focused to ensure everyone gets proper attention and corrections.
The Movement Studio
I started The Movement Studio because I believe movement is medicine. We are a family here, not just a gym, and we are all about pushing your limits while keeping it real—no egos, just progress.
