About Flexibility & Contortion
We don't just tell you to hold a pose. In our sessions, we use wall-assisted drills and props like wooden sticks to ensure your alignment is correct, which keeps your joints safe while you systematically deepen your backbend or hip flexibility.
Flexibility training is about more than passive stretching. It is about building active range of motion and control. We move away from the idea of pushing into pain, focusing instead on techniques that build stability. You will work on everything from pancake stretches to complex scorpion poses using our high-density EVA mats and air track, ensuring you have the right surface to practice safely.
Whether you are training for advanced contortion or just trying to get your toes to touch the floor, our Yelahanka studio environment is built on patience. We have sessions for kids, teens, and adults. Because we operate out of a warehouse-style space with industrial fans and open flooring, you get a raw, focused environment to train without the fluff of a commercial gym.
If you are hitting a plateau on a specific move, like a bridge or a deep split, our coaches are there for manual spotting to get you through the block.
