About this collection

We don't do cookie-cutter workouts. Our warehouse space is set up specifically for safe progression, using air tracks for tumbling and custom rings for strength work. You won't find AC here, just high ceilings, proper industrial fans, and a family that cheers for every single rep.

More Than Just A Workout

We built The Movement Studio to be different. This isn't about counting calories or chasing an aesthetic; it is about building the body you need to move freely in the real world.

Our Yelahanka space is a dedicated warehouse environment designed for function. We use industrial fans and high-density mats because we focus on the work, not the air conditioning. Whether you are working on your first handstand or refining advanced aerial hoop sequences, the focus is always on your personal trajectory.

What We Focus On

  • Gymnastics & Tumbling: From basic cartwheels to back handsprings. We use air tracks so you can practice flips with confidence, knowing you have a safe landing surface.
  • Calisthenics: This is about real-world strength. We use bars, rings, and ropes to build muscles that actually help you navigate life, not just look good in the mirror.
  • Aerial Arts: Our hoop and ring sessions are where grace meets strength. You will build incredible upper-body endurance while learning sequences that challenge your balance and coordination.
  • Mental Strength: We talk mindset as much as movement. The goal is to get you comfortable with being uncomfortable. We see shy kids and adults who have lost their spark walk in, and we watch them light up when they nail a move they thought was impossible.

Everything we do is about 'you got this' energy. We keep groups tight-knit, celebrate the small wins, and make sure everyone feels welcome—regardless of whether you are five years old or fifty.
