Class Structure & Styles
- Frequency: 8 to 12 sessions per month, offering 2 to 3 classes weekly.
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes per class covering conditioning, choreography, and cool down.
- Curriculum: A fusion of Urban Hip Hop, Commercial Pop, and South Indian Folk mixed with technical gymnastics elements.
Acrobatics & Studio Spec
- Gymnastics Integration: Specific conditioning for floor tricks like cartwheels, handstands, and walkovers.
- Equipment Access: Usage of professional air tracks, crash mats, and gymnastics rings for safe skill acquisition.
- Facility: Large industrial warehouse studio with wooden vinyl flooring and high velocity wall fans (Non AC).
Media Production
- Video Shoots: Professional end of routine filming using a dynamic RGB LED lighting setup.
- Deliverable: High quality video files optimized for social media reels and personal portfolios.
1-on-1 Choreography & Event Prep
Personalized Coaching
- Duration: 60 minutes of undivided attention from a senior choreographer.
- Scope: Custom routines for Sangeets, Annual Days, and Corporate events, or intensive coaching for specific acrobatic flips.
- Safety: Dedicated spotting and supervision for high risk aerial moves.
Technical Support
- Music Editing: Includes cutting, splicing, and tempo adjustment of your selected audio track.
- Video Output: Cinematic recording of the polished routine with professional studio lighting.
Logistics
- Scheduling: Flexible timing based on mutual convenience outside of group batch hours.
- Access: Full use of gymnastics apparatus and studio floor during the private slot.

Why Dance With Us
Movement is medicine - simple. For me, dance isn’t just about fitness or looking a certain way, it’s about feeling happy and strong in your own skin. My students hear this all the time: if you believe you can do it, your body will follow. I’m here to help you tap into that mindset and build real confidence.

My choreography is all about energy, expression, and story. We teach:
- Modern and street styles - from Hip-Hop dance classes to commercial routines you see in music videos.
- South Indian folk choreography for that raw, local swag. We bring Kollywood flavour to the floor.
- Dance + acrobatics - walkovers, headstands, and moves that mix strength with style.
Group or Solo - Your Pick
Most of our classes are group sessions, perfect for feeding off everyone’s energy and prepping for group stage performance routines. Want to shine solo? I offer teen solo dance coaching that’s all about helping you stand out.

My Story
Hey, we’re The Movement Studio. Started this place because we truly think movement heals, you know? Not just about looking good, but feeling strong, moving free. We see shy kids, adults who lost their spark—watch them light up when they nail a move! It’s not just workouts, it’s birthdays, cake, laughs, and a whole lotta ‘you got this’ energy. Everyone’s got their own pace here. We’re a family, and we celebrate every win, big or tiny.
My Work
Dance, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, and Aerial Classes - We teach kids gymnastics classes, group calisthenics training, aerial hoop lessons, fitness, and more. Group and personal sessions, online too.
Community Vibes - We’re not just a studio. We celebrate birthdays, cheer each other on, and make new friends. It’s good vibes all around.
All Ages, All Levels - Five-year-olds or parents, doesn’t matter. Everyone’s welcome. We help you move at your own speed.
