How We Train

Classes are structured to keep the energy high. We start with a solid warm-up, move into agility and footwork drills, and then spend time on technique using pads, bags, or partners. If you are keen and ready, there is controlled sparring—but it’s never forced. Whether you are at our Indiranagar, Koramangala, Sarjapur, or JP Nagar branch, you get the same level of pro-coach supervision.
