We provide authentic, multi-disciplinary martial arts training in BJJ, MMA, and Karate. Our purpose is to forge warriors for life, building a community grounded in discipline and holistic growth.

We see BJJ as a physical art form. This moment captures the dynamic exchange of a takedown attempt, showcasing the blend of timing, leverage, and movement that defines the "gentle art" in our Gi classes.
Mentorship is at the heart of our dojo. Here, we celebrate the progress of our students as they prepare for the BJJ Nationals. We are dedicated to developing your jiu-jitsu, whether you are a beginner or a competitor.
Our kids' jiu-jitsu classes are a cornerstone of The Dojo. We focus on teaching fundamental BJJ techniques in a way that is engaging and fun, building a foundation of discipline, confidence, and practical self-defense skills.
This is our core philosophy. BJJ is not about brute force; it is a thinking person's martial art that we call "chess with the body." It trains your mind to be strategic and calm under pressure.
We are incredibly proud of our instructors who compete at the highest levels. This is a testament to the quality of jiu-jitsu we teach, with our own Sensei Uma Maheshwar selected to represent India at the 19th Asian Games.
This is our 7:15 AM Gi class crew. We are a diverse team of men and women, all dedicated to showing up, putting in the work, and getting better together. We provide Gis for rent if you are just starting out.

My Story

We kicked off The Dojo with a simple idea - bring every martial art together, right here in Bangalore. Not just a gym, this place is kinda like a second home for fighters, kids, office folks, anyone. Watching our coach Uma Maheshwar fight for India at Asian Games, that was wild. We’re all about sweat, sore muscles, big grins after class. Tomorrow, we’re back at it. That’s the vibe. Warrior spirit, always.
