We are a traditional martial arts facility where we forge warriors for life. From BJJ and MMA to Kyokushin Karate, we bring every fight under one roof in Bangalore.

This is what we mean by real-world training. Here, we practice escaping a common threat like a wall choke. Our focus is on teaching you practical, effective movements that build muscle memory and confidence, so you are prepared to react instinctively.

We break down fundamental BJJ techniques like the rear naked choke step by step. This video shows how we teach control and leverage, proving that technique is more important than size or strength. You will learn the mechanics to safely control an opponent from a dominant position.

A powerful high kick from our Kyokushin Karate training. We build your physical power, precision, and flexibility from the ground up. This level of skill and confidence is something we help every student work towards, regardless of their starting point.

Our women's self-defense class is a community. We stand together, learn together, and support one another in a disciplined yet welcoming environment. You will train alongside other women who are all committed to becoming stronger and more capable.

Escaping a difficult position is a critical self-defense skill. This video demonstrates the 'running man escape,' a BJJ technique for creating space and getting out from underneath an opponent. We drill these movements so they become second nature.

A key part of martial arts is building a strong, flexible body. Our sessions include conditioning and stretching to improve your mobility and prevent injury. Here, our students work on flexibility, which is essential for both defense and overall health.

We were honored to host this self-defense seminar, empowering a new group of women with foundational skills and confidence. Our mission is to make every woman and girl feel safer and more fearless in her daily life.

About this collection

You won't find treadmill rows here. Our training is about functional skills—learning to escape a wrist grab, control a heavier opponent, or maintain distance. Whether you’re joining our Women’s Self-Defense workshop or a monthly BJJ batch, you are here to build real, usable technique rather than just breaking a sweat.

The Dojo is built on a simple premise: martial arts is a lifelong journey. We don't just offer classes; we offer a structure where you learn the mechanics of combat and self-protection. Our curriculum covers the grappling intelligence of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), the striking power of Kyokushin and Shotokan Karate, and the intensity of MMA.

For those in HSR Layout and nearby, we provide a dedicated environment with proper mats and facilities, free from the distractions of a commercial gym. We believe in building a community where beginners and advanced practitioners train side-by-side. Our coaches focus on technical proficiency—teaching you how to use your body, leverage, and timing effectively against opponents of any size.

We offer:

  • Integrated Training: We combine traditional forms with modern, live-sparring martial arts to ensure you develop both form and function.
  • Inclusive Batches: Whether you are looking for our specialized Women’s Self-Defense workshops, youth karate, or adult MMA sessions, we maintain a focus on discipline and respectful progression.
  • Real-World Application: Everything from the 'seatbelt' position in BJJ to basic kick mechanics in Karate is taught with the intent of practical self-defense.

You come, you train, you focus. If you are looking to level up your strength and mental resilience, step onto the mat.
