I don't teach you to just swing your fists; I teach you the physics of a strike. My MMA classes prioritize stance, weight distribution, and hip mechanics before we ever increase the speed. You will learn the correct form for Muay Thai and kickboxing from day one, so you build the foundational discipline needed to actually defend yourself instead of just burning energy.

At GEX FIT, my approach is rooted in the same drills I used when representing India in world championships and training CRPF and KSRP commandos.
