Real Martial Arts Training for Every Level
At our dojo, martial arts is about progress, not perfection. Whether you are training in Koramangala or RT Nagar, we focus on technical skill, community, and the process of getting one percent better every day.
This is what high-level grappling in MMA looks like. Here's a breakdown of a collar tie to a wrist triangle choke, a submission that is highly effective when you have your opponent on the ground.
We focus on practical drills that work. This is a simple but effective boxing drill to counter mid-rhythm hooks, a common punch you'll face in sparring and competition.
My teaching is hands-on and detailed. In this clip, I'm explaining the concept of getting a deep underhook to control an opponent, which opens up opportunities for takedowns and submissions.
I break down techniques from top-level fights to improve our Fight IQ. Here's a look at a jab counter combination used by UFC champion Joanna Jędrzejczyk, which we then incorporate into our own training.
Dedication means training no matter the conditions. Here's one of my students practicing pressure fighting footwork and a gazelle punch combination in the snow, proving that you can always find a way to improve.
My students' success is my success. This is one of our team members on the podium after winning silver and bronze at the ADCC India tournament, competing against people two decades younger.
You join us, you’re family. This is a snapshot of our crew after a great training session in Bangalore, a mix of old friends and new faces, all here to learn and grow together.
We put our skills to the test in a safe and supportive environment. This is from one of our Boxing Jams, where two of our members get to experience a real competition feel with the whole team cheering them on.
About Featured
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all training. Whether you are here to master No-Gi BJJ for MMA or pick up boxing footwork, we drill practical scenarios that hold up in a real exchange, not just theory that works in the mirror. It is about building a foundation that you can actually use, with a team that has your back.
Martial arts is more like jazz than a fight—it is all about rhythm, flow, and reacting to what is in front of you. My approach is to move away from the ego-heavy gym culture and focus on a structured, curriculum-based method. We call it 'Dojo Weekly,' where we break down specific fighter styles, techniques, and concepts to help you build real Fight IQ.
What we train
- Striking: We cover Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai. You will learn everything from basic footwork to complex pressure combos that work in an MMA context.
- Grappling: My focus is on No-Gi BJJ and wrestling. We drill takedowns, submissions, and cage work using real scenarios, not just repetitive drills.
- Community Jams: When you are ready to test your skills, we host Boxing Jams and Jiu Jitsu Jams. These are safe, controlled, and competitive environments where you get the intensity of a match without the unnecessary ego.
Why train with us?
- Inclusive Environment: Whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned competitor, you are part of the family. We have students from kids to adults in their 40s hitting the podium.
- Practical Progression: We don't just teach you to punch the air. We focus on technical correction, pad work, and specific strength conditioning tailored to your goals.
- Flexible Setup: We run classes in both Koramangala and RT Nagar with batch sizes capped to ensure you get actual attention from the coach.

I am Rama, and for me, the dojo is a place to learn, not just to fight. I built this space to bring martial arts back to the basics—rhythm, flow, and community—so everyone from absolute beginners to competitors has a place to grow.
