Our group sessions are capped at 15-20 students, which means you get enough eyes on your technique while still feeding off the energy of a full room. If you need 100% focus for a tournament or specific goal, our 1-on-1 private coaching sessions are where we strip everything back and refine your power and posture until it is second nature.
