This is what training at The Dojo feels like. I run high-energy morning MMA classes that cover everything from striking and takedowns to ground control. Whether you are a complete beginner or have experience, these sessions are designed to level up your fitness and fighting skills.
Here I am breaking down the fundamentals of a single leg takedown. My classes focus on the small details that make a technique efficient and effective, covering entries, positioning, and finishing for both Gi and No-Gi grappling.
This is a glimpse into a live No-Gi grappling roll, focusing on passing the guard. You will learn to control your opponent, advance your position, and hunt for submissions through constant practice and drilling.
This is a look at my growing MMA class. I am building a strong team of dedicated individuals, both men and women, who are committed to improving their martial arts skills and pushing each other to be better.
My kids' martial arts program is expanding. I provide a fun and structured environment where children learn discipline, respect, and self-confidence through the practice of boxing and jiu-jitsu.
Wrestling is a critical component of Mixed Martial Arts. In this video, my students are drilling takedown entries and defense, building the strength and technique needed to control where the fight takes place.

About this collection
We don't just teach one style. Our classes blend Muay Thai striking, wrestling takedowns, and BJJ ground control into a seamless MMA flow. You are not just learning moves in isolation. We focus on chaining them together under pressure, so you understand how to transition from a stand-up exchange to a takedown and into a submission.
At The Dojo, we believe that fighting is about building yourself inside and out. Our classes are structured to give you a full-body workout while teaching you the technical precision needed for real-world scenarios. We operate out of a fully matted space in HSR Layout, Sector 2, that is designed for focus, not flash. There is no air conditioning, just fans and the hard work of our community.
Our curriculum covers:
- Striking: Muay Thai, Boxing, and Karate foundations for stand-up.
- Grappling: BJJ (Gi and No-Gi) and Wrestling for ground control and takedowns.
- Conditioning: Functional drills to build the stamina required to sustain a fight.
We run morning MMA sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 07:30 AM, with weekend options for striking and open mat practice. Whether you are walking in as an absolute beginner or have training experience, our approach starts by building your basics from the ground up. You will learn to keep your cool, improve your reflexes, and sharpen your defensive skills in a controlled, supervised environment. We are more than a gym. We are a team that pushes each other to get better every single day.
