This is what it's all about. I give each kid the attention they need to learn proper technique and build real confidence. We teach them how to stand strong, both on the mats and in life.
We use a mix of games and activities to get kids ready for martial arts. They learn how to move, jump, and fall safely while having a blast. This makes them better athletes and helps them learn faster.
I'm so proud of these fierce young ladies. They show up and train hard in a room that's mostly boys, and their dedication is inspiring. This is what earning your stripes and building confidence looks like.
Here's a simple but super effective self-defense move we teach called the 'Trap & Roll'. My goal is to give kids real, simple techniques they'll actually remember to get out of a bad spot.

My kids' sessions aren't about sitting around watching demos. We start every hour with high-energy movement drills and agility games to get them warmed up and listening. From there, we dive straight into real Jiu-Jitsu and striking fundamentals, focusing on technique and leverage over brute strength. It keeps them engaged, makes them stronger, and ensures they actually learn how to handle themselves effectively on the mats.
We don't teach fighting; we teach life skills. Whether it’s learning the 'Trap & Roll' to escape a bad spot or simply mastering break-falls to stay safe on the playground, these classes give kids a solid toolkit for real life.
Our Vasant Kunj studio is equipped with professional mats and a safety-first approach. We mix Grappling (BJJ) and Striking (Kickboxing/Boxing) to help kids develop total body control and coordination. It isn't just about throwing punches. It’s about discipline. When a shy kid walks onto our mats and starts learning to hold their ground, their posture changes within weeks. We see it every day.
This isn't a typical classroom; it's a squad. We welcome all levels, from complete beginners to the ones who want to compete. We train hard, but we also make sure there's room for jokes and making friends.
