We keep the schedule simple so you can actually stick to it. Whether you are looking for morning Jiu-Jitsu or evening kids' classes, check the timings below and send me a message to book your first drop-in session before you commit.
Martial arts is all about consistency. Whether you are juggling a job or trying to get your kids into a healthy routine, we have mapped out our week to ensure you get quality time on the mats. Our Vasant Kunj facility runs sessions from early morning through the evening, covering everything from pure striking to ground grappling.
What to look for on the schedule
- Beginner Classes: If you are new, look for our fundamentals-focused sessions. We mix basic technique with drilling so you learn how to move safely before you start sparring.
- Kids Classes: We run these daily. These are not just drills; they focus on discipline, coordination, and handling pressure, all while having fun with other kids.
- Striking vs. Grappling: Check if you are signing up for boxing/kickboxing or our BJJ sessions. If you want to do both, check which days we offer 'Open Mat' or mixed sessions.
Why the schedule changes
We update our timings based on demand and athlete progress. If you see a class time that works for you, grab it. We always have experienced coaches on the floor, so even if you are brand new, you will be in good hands. If you are unsure which slot fits your skill level, just ask. Let’s get you training.
